| The Sugar Mill Botanical Gardens is situated on property that is owned by Volusia County and leased to The Botanical Gardens of Volusia, Inc., a non-profit, tax-exempt, 501-C-3 corporation that operates and maintains the Gardens with a group of very dedicated volunteers. Income is derived solely from donations of the thousands of visitors each year and garden member's dues. |
